libations as well. All brunches are being served with Chef Lenore’s Ethereal Cream Biscuits and sweet jam and butter. Bubbles & Brunch will be served from10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. each Sunday.

Excellent Menu and Mimosa's

Chef Lenore says, “Brunch is my favorite meal and I am so happy to be cooking for my family and friends, including locals and visitors every Sunday.”

My guest and I arrived shortly after 12 noon to a nearly full dining room, featuring community tables where strangers can dine together if necessary. The dining room is drenched in vibrant teal and aqua colors, creating a welcoming environment for daytime dining. As it turned out we had a table all to ourselves and were greeted quickly by our energetic server.

There is an intriguing offering of Champagne Cocktails / Mimosas such as Grapefruit, Apple Caramel, Peach, Pomegranate and Mojito flavored to name a few. We enjoyed Grapefruit and Pomegranate

while our brunch was being prepared. All “cocktails” are made with sake! Try some of these to whet your appetite – Sake Mary, Platinum Spritzer, Aperol Spritzer, Loca Rita, Hibiscus Ginger Spritzer, BLT Mary, Sangria Roja and Sangria Blanco. Unlimited amounts of each offering are available for $20.00, or purchase individually for $9.00 each.

Quiche of the Day

Soon we were gazing upon culinary art at its finest. I ordered Lenore’s Salad made with Artisan greens, Fresh Berries,Creamery Goat Cheese and Caramelized Walnuts. I opted to top my salad with Grilled Salmon making it a spectacular healthy meal! My guest chose the Quiche of the Day special; featuring Spinach, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Onions and Gruyere Cheese… a side of “Pepper Bacon” was also ordered and devoured!

Our meals were excellent and generously portioned, with relaxed yet efficient service throughout. Some other tempting menu offering include daily changing French Omelet and Frittata, Braised Short Rib and Potato Gratin Benedict, a gorgeous Artichoke Flower (see picture), Angus Beef Burger, Norwegian Smoked Salmon Bagel and the American in Paris croissant sandwich with French Bayonne Ham, Scrambled Eggs and Melted Cheese.

So many great choices and I have not mentioned them all! We finished with Chef Lenore’s “Mile High” Brownies … incredible!!

Chef Lenore hosts an enticing array of pop-up dinners, tapas and wine tastings, and hands-on cooking classes, each month as well, and even on- and off- premises catering, for intimate dinner parties to large corporate functions, at her clients’ homes and offices.

Her cooking classes provide her with the perfect place to introduce diners to her love of creating a myriad of scrumptious dishes, having fun while cooking, and dining with panache. She has created hands-on classes that appeal to her loyal students and adventurous new guests. Chef Lenore states, “I was born to cook and entertain. It is my lifeline and the gift that I have been given. My clients are my inspiration and they always take me on delicious journeys.”
